Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Service Administrator to support daily operations at our Waco service shop. This role is the first point of contact for customers and supports service operations through communication, work order management, labor entry, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and answer incoming phone calls
Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding service jobs
Open service work orders and gather unit information (warranty, rental/demo, claims)
Call customers for job approvals, updates, and completion
Enter daily employee labor hours
Assist with invoicing of service operations
Use Microsoft Word and Excel to track labor and service jobs
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior service or administrative experience preferred
