Project Manager I/II

Project Manager I/II
oversees all aspects of the project using creation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing processes. The Project Manager I is responsible for coordination and completion of the assigned project(s) and performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project, and managing risks. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for planning projects in order to accomplish their goals or produce the products specified in the scope of the project(s) within constraints such as time, budget and agreed quality standards. Continuously monitors the progress in terms of the status of the plan and reports back to the organization via weekly or other progress reporting by organizing and managing status meetings. Identifies logs, analyzes and manages potential and actual issues and risks. Effectively applies Project Management methodology and enforces project standards. Works directly with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks. Responsible for bringing the project to a close, which may include creating an end of project report or evaluation document, holding deployment meetings and activities. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering or Information Systems. At least two years of experience in a project management environment. PMP Certification preferred. Demonstrated experience managing people and projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate and negotiate consensus. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
