We’re looking for an organized, detail-driven Auction & Business Coordinator to support our growing platform and deliver a seamless experience for both sellers and buyers.

What You’ll Do

Seller Onboarding & Support Guide new sellers through the onboarding process—including account setup, contracts, compliance documentation, and payment instructions.

Buyer Engagement & Assistance Respond to buyer inquiries, provide additional information (e.g., photos, condition reports), and support conversion efforts across active listings.

Inventory & Sales Monitoring Track inventory levels, analyze sales data, and maintain transactional reporting to ensure strong product variety and depth.

Market Research & Category Development Conduct competitive research and recommend new category or product opportunities to grow the platform.

Operational Coordination Collaborate with Client Services and Logistics to facilitate shipments, sale preparations, and post-sale follow-ups.

Cataloging & Content Quality Review and contribute to the cataloging process for merchandise, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.

Photography & Presentation Standards Work with the Marketing team to uphold seller photography standards and support photoshoots for JOOPITER-shot property.

Sales Prep & Compliance Oversight Manage key timelines and ensure all pre-sale deliverables are completed on schedule and in compliance with internal standards.

Business Coordination & Commercial Support Monitor and capture key sales and performance analytics across auctions and private sales, translating data into clear reporting and insights. Support business pipeline management by tracking active and prospective deals, maintaining CRM or pipeline tools, and ensuring timely follow-up with internal stakeholders. Assist with budgeting and forecasting by compiling sales data, expense tracking, and revenue projections to inform planning and strategic decision-making.

Post-Sale Coordination Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to manage seller settlements and ensure smooth transactional follow-through.

Pitch Support & Client Follow-Up Contribute to pitch deck development and track outreach progress with prospective clients.

Administrative & Cross-Team Support Provide administrative assistance and cross-functional support to other business teams as needed.
