Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Responsibilities

Analyze complex problems, develop and document alternate solutions Perform and document results of what‑if analysis Perform business and system requirements elicitation and analysis via user groups, interviews, regulatory research, etc. Draft requirements documents and design documents Draft proposals to resolve systems and business process issues Develop test plans, execute manual and automated test scripts, and document results Collaborate with clients to review test plans and verify coverage of business processes and that business requirements are satisfied by the system Provide subject matter expertise on software functionality and business processes Provide product management deliverables to aid the project manager and team in establishing shared expectations for a successful project Perform routine monitoring activities and report on the status of the project across all lifecycle phases and at significant milestones Travel

Up to 25% business travel. Required Qualifications

5 years’ experience with the software development lifecycle (analysis/design, development, testing, implementation, support) or prior experience with project management Expertise with E‑Government Travel Systems and the ability to align travel systems to meet client business needs Expertise researching and applying Federal Travel Regulations Expertise with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be flexible and have strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi‑task while maintaining a professional demeanor Desired Qualifications

Experience with E‑Government Travel Systems Experience with CGI Momentum applications Experience with requirements elicitation and analysis Experience in software testing Knowledge of robotic process automation applications (UI Path, UFT) Education

BA/BS Clearance

Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. A clearance is not required to apply. Compensation

Projected range is $98,000 - $104,000 per year. Final salary determined based on qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. Benefits
