8-hour shift M-F 7-3. Primary Duties
Ensure employees are working safely in a nice, clean and organized area. Train and coach fellow employees. Maintain and communicate production reports for your department. Set up dockets, plate jackets and plate order needed for press. Work effectively with all plant departments in a team environment to develop multi-functional solutions. Update cylinder inventory for all presses – gears included. Delegate mounting jobs to each mounter by priority need. Ensure your team has all required equipment to complete their jobs in a timely manner. Equal Opportunity Employer
