Salary $70,000.00 annually DOE (depending on experience)
Location / Work Site Hybrid – combination of onsite/in‑office and remote / work‑from‑home (WFH)

Job Summary The Business and Corporate Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, managing corporate partnerships, refining and enhancing business operations, fostering community and educational partnerships, and overseeing programs that enhance employee development and community engagement. The role supports business development operations, oversees internship programs, and assists with financial coordination while promoting corporate social responsibility and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Duties / Responsibilities
Research, explore, lead and execute business development strategies to expand market presence and revenue opportunities in coordination with the CEO.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
Coordinate and oversee, with Human Resources, employee development programs including continuing education, training, and tuition assistance.
Manage internship programs and coordinate with educational institutions for talent development.
Support the finance team with budgeting, reporting, and tax account coordination with state agencies.
Coordinate special assignments and cross‑functional projects to support corporate initiatives.
Drive community outreach efforts and build relationships with local organizations in education, business, and the community as the Corporate Ambassador.
Promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and represent the company in public forums.
Ensure compliance with CMMC standards for the company with all associated documents and forms.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business and corporate development programs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Minimum three years of experience in a managerial or director role with supervisory responsibilities for projects and programs.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
Work Authorization / Security Clearance Must be authorized to legally work within the United States of America.
