Candidate Note: 100% Remote for U.S. Candidates We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who demonstrates a growth mindset, is customer‑focused, recognizes industry patterns, and actively collaborates with diverse colleagues.

Your Impact Will Be

Strategic Design & Problem Solving – identify and define problems, not just solve them, and incorporate user‑centered design principles to enhance relevance.

Stay updated with industry trends and integrate cutting‑edge insights to drive innovation.

Explain project goals clearly, keeping context accessible for broader stakeholders.

Visual & Interaction Excellence – create visually compelling, intuitive interfaces using Gestalt principles and industry best practices.

Produce crisp, thorough work with minimal pixel artifacts or misalignments, requiring decreasing guidance on visual execution.

Develop interactive prototypes that bring concepts to life for stakeholders and engineers.

Design Systems & Consistency – manage and evolve the EDB design system, ensuring consistency and coherence across all product interfaces.

Research & Validation – conduct rigorous usability testing, analyze insights, and refine designs based on data.

Leadership & Collaboration – participate in design team meetings, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure shared clarity.

What You Will Bring

5+ years experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio of complex applications.

Expertise in Figma (or similar) with a track record of high‑fidelity, pixel‑perfect work.

Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design, digest technical requirements, and create rapid prototypes.

Ability to contribute to, manage, and evolve design systems.

Skill in planning and executing usability testing sessions and translating findings into improvements.

Strong ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions to non‑designers.

History of fostering inclusive team environments and enthusiasm for new challenges.

Location & Compensation Location: Nashville, TN (remote available). Salary: $150,000–$165,000 annually.
