As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day programming operations of our five radio stations. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals across various formats, ensuring seamless coordination and execution to deliver exceptional programming and services.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

Direct, coach, coordinate and evaluate Programming staff and department operations.

Assist and in some cases, lead in scheduling music

Ensure seamless on-air operations, including scheduling, programming, and technical support.

Plan long and short-term programming and promotional strategies. With General Manager, develop operations budget and create strategic plan.

Coordinate promotions with programming and sales teams.

Qualification and skills:

5+ years in media, 5+ years in a leadership role

Strategic thinker with strong leadership and coaching skills

Industry expertise, and a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Hot AC and CHR formats desired

Innovative approach and experience in growing digital audiences

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Able to communicate vision and execute plans

Be proficient with Excel, Nielsen and CRM-related software

Be proficient with NextGen and Music Master software
