Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and high‑quality products to guests.
Maintain store operations, communicate pertinent info, monitor production efficiency, enforce company standards, and assist in training and coaching team members.
Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, leading the cookie crew.
Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food‑handling practices.
Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of customer‑service focused experience.
Experience with point‑of‑sale systems.
Outstanding communication, time‑management, and people skills.
Outgoing, friendly, patient, detail‑focused, results‑oriented.
Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18 years or older.
