What You’ll Do:
Follow up on
pre-qualified warm leads
and close HVAC system sales
Educate homeowners on system options, energy efficiency, and five‑star service
Present professional proposals in‑home or digitally
Deliver a no‑pressure, trust‑based sales experience
Maintain accurate estimates and job details in the company CRM
Stay sharp through ongoing product and sales training
Represent Bumble Bee with professionalism and confidence in the community
What We’re Looking For:
Proven in‑home sales experience preferred
Track record of closing deals and hitting goals
Comfortable using CRM tools, apps, and digital proposals
Strong communication, presentation, and follow‑up skills
Self‑motivated with a positive, professional attitude
HVAC knowledge or local permitting experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

10% Commission Company vehicle & gas card Uniforms provided Ongoing sales & product training Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) with
