Compensation:
$28 – $42+ per hour (plus profit‑sharing program)
Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $5,000 for a limited time (terms and conditions apply).
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment and diesel engines accurately and promptly.
Use troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers throughout the repair process.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Participate in manufacturer‑sponsored training to stay current with evolving technology.

What You Will Need
Experience in diesel mechanics or a mechanical background/schooling in diesel mechanics.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong attention to detail.
Valid work authorization in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
