Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to make an impact? We are seeking a skilled Sr. Business Analyst to support critical projects at our Cleveland office. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to influence application development and process improvements that drive business success.

Onsite; required in office 2 days a week
Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities:
Contribute significantly to the design process to align with business needs and enhance user experience.
Capture and translate complex system requirements across multiple stakeholders, applying SDLC principles.
Develop detailed technical specifications from business requirements, considering various user impacts and risks.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to support strategic objectives and product roadmaps.
Work with QA teams to develop testing strategies; participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality releases.
Advise on security, risk management, and IT processes, partnering with relevant teams to maintain compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in process improvement, application systems, and requirements analysis
Strong understanding of SDLC and business process modeling
Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical thinking skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Knowledge of security and risk management principles
