Base pay range
$65,000 - $80,000 per year
Responsibilities
Warranty Claims Management:
Oversee all aspects of warranty processing, from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely handling of claims.
Record Keeping:
Review and validate warranty claims for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with internal departments to obtain necessary documentation.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warranty claims.
Coordination:
Work closely with service advisors and technicians to verify warranty coverage and ensure timely claim submission.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with the warranty team and other stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
Experience:
Prior experience in warranty processing or administration is required. Experience with Highline for Mercedes‑Benz, BMW, and Audi strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Demonstrated technical knowledge of OEM policies and procedures, and proficiency in using warranty management software and systems.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
