'fh3>Responsibilities Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Inpatient Program Therapist/Case Manager to conduct group work with patients ages 12 and older. Additional duties may include other case management functions such as assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning.
Shift: Full‑time weekday and weekend shifts available.
Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field. Must be trained in Crisis Prevention Instruction and CPR (paid training is provided).
