PROGRAM MANAGER - AUDIOVISUAL Job Location: US-FL-Davie

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project planning and execution for audio/video systems on new builds and expansions.

Collaborate with architecture, interior design, lighting, electrical, structural, low voltage and network engineering teams to identify project objectives and deliverables.

Ensure proper and timely control and dissemination of designs, budgets, construction plans and supplier information for successful project implementation.

Coordinate procurement processes, review contractor submittals, supervise installation workmanship and approve change orders.

Perform performance testing, acceptance, punch list preparation, system activation and warranty coverage, and turnover of AV systems to property management.

Maintain communication with property leads and support ongoing maintenance and upgrades to existing facilities.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience as a Lead Sound Engineer (A1) or equivalent.

Minimum five years of experience in integration, operation and management of permanently installed digital audio/video systems.

Minimum five years of experience with IP-based video distribution systems.

Minimum five years of experience in design, implementation and operation of large‑scale digital signal processing systems.

Minimum five years of experience in a professional production environment.

Minimum three years of experience in managing a dynamic AV team.

Q‑Sys Level 2 certification required.

Three years of experience with Tripleplay (Video Distribution).

Three years of experience with video services such as DirecTV Com3k.

Understanding and ability to operate Digital Signage systems.
