Trust & Estate Planning Associate
to join a
top-tier Estate Planning Practice Group
in
Madison . This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior associate to develop their skills in sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management. Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience
in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies Background in:
Estate plan and business succession planning
for high-net-worth individuals Charitable giving and tax-exempt organization planning Estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning Probate proceedings
for taxable and non-taxable estates Federal gift and estate tax returns
Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills JD from an
ABA-approved law school
and
active Wisconsin Bar membership
(or willingness to obtain timely admission) Strong academic credentials and a team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits:
