Fulfillment Warehouse Manager Job at Anne Neilson Home in Charlotte

We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Warehouse Manager to lead our Charlotte-based warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced fulfillment environments and has strong experience with Shopify and FAIRE.

You will oversee all aspects of fulfillment, shipping, inventory accuracy, and team leadership while continuously improving processes to support both DTC and wholesale growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
• Oversee fulfillment for Shopify (DTC) and Shopify + FAIRE (wholesale) orders
• Optimize workflows, space utilization, and shipping efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of warehouse or fulfillment management experience
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and FAIRE
• Strong inventory management and shipping knowledge
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and solutions‑driven
