Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for receiving, shipping, and controlling all incoming and outgoing new and retreaded commercial tires, casings, wheels, and related products. You will perform warehouse administration duties, supervise staff, and manage logistics.

Responsibilities (examples)

  • Oversee inbound and outbound tire shipments to internal and external customers.
  • Protect inventory, design warehouse layout, and manage product movement.
  • Deliver or coordinate delivery of work orders.
  • Perform administrative duties, including billing, ordering parts, and inventory management.
  • Operate shop equipment safely when receiving and delivering equipment/parts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the shop.
  • Keep the warehouse area neat and organized.
  • Provide "Service Excellence – Always" to meet location service goals.
  • Review shipments and advise management of shortages or damaged shipments.
  • Collaborate with Service Manager and Office Manager on proper documentation of merchandise.

Basic Requirements

  • 1 year of prior warehouse experience.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • No relocation offered.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High‑school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience strongly preferred.

Position Criteria

  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to follow all safety procedures and work safely.
  • Ability to thrive in a results‑oriented, fast‑paced team environment.
  • Self‑starter who takes initiative and can work without direct supervision; willing to attend training as needed.
