What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience; staffing or HR solutions experience highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Understanding of employment laws, rules, and regulations
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
What You’ll Do Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute client‑specific recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and client requirements
Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and career coaching
Administer job postings and conduct structured/behavioral interviews
Maintain records of market trends, competitors, and candidate pipelines
Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment tools and processes
Associate Care & Client Engagement Ensure compliance and safety requirements are met
Coach associates on skill enhancement and career development
Build long‑term relationships with associates and clients
Address associate and client inquiries or grievances professionally
Redeploy temporary associates and drive retention strategies
Participate in special projects and act as a team lead when needed
