HR Manager
Do you have senior-level HR experience and want to make an impact at a growing manufacturing company?
Were seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations in Mankato. This role partners closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and development, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across all HR functions. Standard hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary up to $150K. Interested?
Qualifications:
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees, aligning recruiting, retention, and succession planning strategies.
- Stay current on HR regulations and ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant.
- Administer health, dental, and other employee benefits, including onboarding, renewals, COBRA, FMLA, and leave of absences.
- Lead and participate in the Safety Committee, overseeing compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Manage Workers Compensation claims and maintain accurate records of workplace incidents.
- Maintain accurate employee records, assist with 401(k) administration, and ensure consistent HR processes across departments.
- Oversee payroll administration and reconciliation.
- Develop programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and promote the company in the community, including volunteer and charitable activities.
- Process employment verification requests.
- Prepare HR reports monthly and quarterly.
Key Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Adaptability skills and flexibility to take on a heavy workload with several interruptions throughout the workday.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience in timekeeping systems and applicant tracking software.
