Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
* Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Provide product and service information to customers.
* Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
* Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
