Customer Service Representative
Our esteemed client, based in Orlando, FL, seeks a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

* Established in 2008
Customer Service Representative Role:
* Providing support to members/clients via phone and email throughout pre and post broadcast activities
* Handling inbound calls and conducting some outbound calling
* Addressing member/client inquiries and resolving issues promptly through email communication
* Ensuring accuracy of member information and updating records as needed
* Responding to member/client inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
* Entering and managing member/client data in the database to track interactions and resolutions
* Identifying, documenting, and alerting management of any trends observed in member calls
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
* Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Medical knowledge or experience is advantageous but not mandatory
