The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its financial operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive leadership team, guiding the institution's financial strategy, systems, and stewardship. This role is pivotal in advancing the company's strategic goals and developing financial strategies that ensure the institution's success in the evolving higher education landscape. The CFO will be responsible for all aspects of the company's financial resources, maintaining institutional integrity on fiscal matters, and promoting best practices in finance and administration.

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO position at the company will have a proven track record in financial leadership, with a focus on integrity, creativity, and vision. They will work closely with the President, Board of Trustees, and other campus leaders to provide strategic advice and implement financial and administrative objectives that support a sound financial structure. The role requires a leader who can ensure compliance with regulatory laws and maintain collaborative relationships across various departments. Experience in internal audit, budget management, and financial planning is essential, as is the ability to work with Cabinet members on a range of financial and administrative matters. The CFO will also be involved in benefits-related issues, financial aid planning, and monitoring, and gift-related activities, making a strong background in these areas a significant advantage.
