About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Insights to take on a leadership role that involves motivating and managing a team, leading projects, and supporting the department's vision and direction. The successful candidate will be an exceptional analytical thinker, capable of creating compelling narratives with data, and a creative problem solver who can develop impactful insights and measurement solutions for a variety of complex challenges. This role is pivotal in shaping client deliverables and enhancing the company's messaging and output both internally and externally.
Key responsibilities for the Director of Insights include involvement in a diverse range of research and analytics projects across sports and general entertainment, such as consumer and cultural trend analysis, brand analysis, and measuring the impact of sponsorship and marketing campaigns. The role also requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to determine strategic approaches, active participation in client engagements, and serving as a subject matter expert and thought leader in research solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for general entertainment, consumer insights, culture, and sports, with at least 8 years' of relevant experience, and proficiency in various research and analytics tools. Strong management, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is an insatiable curiosity and a strong interest in understanding the cultural forces that influence consumer behavior.
