About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of FP&A with a strong background in private equity-backed portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing interactions with sponsors, preparing Board-level materials, and leading a high-performing FP&A team. A strategic thinker with excellent commercial judgment, the VP of FP&A will be expected to influence executive and board-level decisions and have the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Experience in agency, TMT, or B2B services sectors is a plus, as is a background in high-growth or middle-market organizations.
Applicants for the VP of FP&A role at the company should have a proven track record in corporate FP&A, forecasting, and planning processes. The role requires a leader with a strong financial and analytical foundation, who can demonstrate the ability to build and manage teams, particularly in remote or hybrid settings. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive FP&A leadership experience, ideally within PE portfolio companies, and must be located in New York City with a hybrid work schedule. The role also demands the ability to work effectively with PE deal teams and senior leadership.
