About the Role
The Company is seeking an In-House Counsel to serve as General Counsel, with a focus on overseeing all legal matters related to the construction management and general contracting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of external legal firms, as well as actively participating in the drafting and negotiation of various construction agreements. This includes CM agreements, subcontracts, consultant agreements, and change orders, with a strong emphasis on indemnity, safety, scheduling, and payment protections. The role also involves litigation and claims oversight, managing insurance programs and risk, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.
Applicants for the In-House Counsel - General Counsel position at the company should have a JD degree and be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
