The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Vice President, Growth Marketing to join their dynamic, remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving D2C growth, with a focus on the top of the online sales funnel and customer acquisition strategies that have a proven track record of exponential growth. This includes expertise in performance media, paid search, direct response advertising, and marketing, as well as a deep understanding of email marketing, video, and various sales copy techniques that lead to high ROI and ROAS. The role also involves leading a small, internal marketing and sales team, and making significant contributions to the transformation of operations, coaching, training, events, technology, data/analytics, sales, and customer service.
