Sales Representative – Specialty Glassware (Remote, South Florida) Progressive Specialty Glass Company, a leading distributor and manufacturer of customized drinkware for the entertainment, restaurant, and hospitality industry, is seeking a Sales Representative for the Miami / Fort Lauderdale / South Florida market. We’re looking for a true business-to-business hunter with existing or prior relationships in the hospitality / food & beverage space—restaurants, waterparks, resorts, pool bars, casinos, amusement parks, bars, stadiums, cruise lines, nightclubs, and other tourism-driven venues. OPPORTUNITY: As our South Florida Market Sales Representative, you will be the face of PSG in one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the country. Your focus will be to: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSG. Leverage your existing connections to quickly grow a profitable customer base. The South Florida market is a high-potential territory with tremendous room for growth through proactive prospecting and relationship building. You will identify, source, and develop strong relationships with restaurant chains, resort hotels, and large hospitality operators in your territory and beyond. A key part of your role will be to educate and train restaurant managers and staff on our revenue-generating “Buy a Drink – Keep the Glass®” program—helping them increase check averages, drive repeat business, and create memorable guest experiences, while also enhancing their own earning potential. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and close new accounts through disciplined prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Present, promote, and sell PSG’s customized drinkware and revenue-generating programs to restaurants, resorts, bars, and other hospitality venues. Generate new leads through market research and regular field activity to identify high-value prospects. Utilize your existing connections within the restaurant and hospitality industry to build new partnerships for PSG. Develop and execute strategies to promote PSG’s products and programs, increasing brand awareness and adoption in your territory. Create, develop, and maintain strong, long-term business and customer relationships. Connect with customer leads through high-quality cold calling, in-person visits, and virtual meetings. Build and maintain strong product knowledge of PSG’s offerings and how they impact a customer’s bottom line. Use CRM tools to effectively manage your pipeline, accounts, and follow-up activity. SUCCESS FACTORS: Experience with on-premise sales in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale / South Florida market, preferably in the restaurant, bar, hotel, or broader hospitality industry. Energetic, competitive, and driven to succeed in a sales-driven, performance-based environment. Resilient, with the ability to prospect, follow up, and influence decision-makers without a fear of “no.” Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to aggressively drive new business and open doors. Proactive and self-motivated, with the initiative to identify opportunities and move them forward with minimal supervision. Organized and technology-proficient, comfortable using CRM and basic business tools. Willing and comfortable driving extensively within the territory to meet customers face-to-face. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: PSG offers a high-upside, performance-driven compensation package. First-year total compensation opportunity: up to $150,000–$200,000+, depending on the strength of your relationships and success in closing new business. Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly commissions.
