Contract Hybrid - Blue Card Relations Coordinator

Our client, a prominent insurance organization, is seeking a contract Relationship Coordinator to join their Operations team. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, a high level of ownership, and experience navigating claims or service operations in a fast-paced environment. About the Job: Resolve common, complex, and escalated provider and member claims issues from start to finish Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between internal teams and partner healthcare plans to ensure end-to-end issue resolution Track inquiries, perform root cause analysis, and report trends and findings to management Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution and compliance with servicing and turnaround requirements Identify claims adjudication trends, operational gaps, and opportunities for process improvement Support and recommend process enhancements across Commercial and Government operations Collect issue-related insights to support member and provider education initiatives About You: 2+ years of claims or service operations experience, blue card experience is required for this role Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to meet strict turnaround times Working knowledge of inter-plan policies, healthcare processing standards, and systems Experience supporting a range of healthcare products, including Commercial and Government offerings Preferred: experience developing or supporting customized education initiatives within healthcare This opportunity is contracted for 6 months, and will work on a hybrid basis out of the organization's Philadelphia headquarters. It is offering up to $28/hour depending on experience.
