Responsibilities Operate and monitor HAAS CNC mills deburr, clean, and blow off machined parts (training provided) Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges (training provided) Read and follow blueprints, travelers, and work instructions Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventative maintenance Additional Responsibilities (Shop Helper Support): Stock and organize boxes, materials, and shelves Sweep, mop, and maintain general shop cleanliness Assist machinists and production staff as needed Help with shipping, receiving, and general shop tasks Qualifications Entry-level to 1+ year of machine shop experience preferred Willingness to learn, take instruction, and work safely Good attention to detail and strong work ethic Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods No formal experience required - we will train the right person Friendly, team-based work culture in a clean, organized environment
