About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic and operational success. The successful candidate will be the CEO's right hand, responsible for owning strategic planning, operating rhythm, and special projects to ensure the company runs smoothly during a period of rapid growth. This includes serving as a thought partner to the CEO, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and driving internal and external communications. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in driving the company's quarterly and annual planning, as well as preparing for board meetings and investor updates.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have 3-5 years' experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company, or a similar field, with an MBA being preferred. The role requires a proven ability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution, strong communication skills, and executive presence. The ideal candidate will be a low-ego collaborator with a passion for fintech, fraud prevention, or compliance software. Responsibilities also include championing transparency, running executive staff meetings, and ensuring the company meets its ambitious goals.
