The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a strategic and flexible leader, with a proven track record in nonprofit management, fundraising, and community advocacy. The CEO will be responsible for setting and driving the organization's vision, ensuring operational and financial excellence, and fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and client-centered services. This role requires a leader with a strong commitment to the values of the organization, including harm reduction, wellness, and social justice. The ideal CEO will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a nonprofit setting, with a focus on mission-driven and consensus-building leadership.
