Job Highlights:
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shift (7:00 AM ??? 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM ??? 7:00 AM), following the Dupont model; weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Pay Range:
$23.00 per hour
Location:
Belvidere, NJ 07823
Overtime:
Overtime eligible; may be required based on business needs
Chemical Production Operator
Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor process equipment to produce quality intermediates and finished products in accordance with a predetermined operations plan.
Make process adjustments to respond to changes and optimize performance; identify and communicate equipment or process issues.
Obtain, inspect, sample, and test in-process and finished products as required.
Operate forklifts and perform material handling activities, including subdividing/dispensing raw materials, loading trailers, dumping bags/drums, and packaging finished products.
Perform general housekeeping and minor maintenance of process areas, supporting Manufacturing Excellence (Manufex) principles.
Maintain accurate process and equipment documentation, including OEE tracking, batch sheet review, and label preparation/control.
Support nonconformance investigations and prepare related documentation.
Complete safety equipment checks, ensure proper grounding of process lines, and document safety or environmental incidents.
Attend required classroom and computer-based training and maintain all necessary certifications.
Adhere to all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
Follow all Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOPs, and good documentation practices to ensure product quality and compliance.

Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1???3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Basic computer operation skills.
Valid, unrestricted driver???s license.
Ability to meet physical job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
Forklift experience.
