WEEKLY TOTAL COMPENSATION $ 2,236.32 WEEKLY W-2 WAGES: $ 829.32 WEEKLY STIPEND (PER DIEM) $ 1,407.00 HOURLY W-2 WAGES: $ 23.04 HOURLY STIPEND (PER DIEM) $ 39.08
Job Role: Provide direct patient care to adult medical and surgical patients Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry rhythms Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate care as needed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Perform patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Document care accurately in the electronic medical record Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices
