PERSONAL LINES MANAGER Capital Region Fusco Personnel is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Manager to support the growth and success of our client’s agency. This role plays a key part in planning, organizing, and overseeing personal lines sales and service operations while ensuring service standards are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about customer service, employee development, and process improvement. Primary Duties Manage and support personal lines sales and service activities to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service Provide coaching, training, and technical support to personal lines representatives Audit workflows to ensure compliance with agency service standards and best practices Assist in achieving or exceeding individual and department sales objectives Implement agency policies and support department business and action plans Lead process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and service delivery Handle escalated client service issues and provide ongoing advice to clients Support full utilization of the Applied Epic management system Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and agency technology Travel to branch locations as needed and represent the agency at events Candidate Profile High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Minimum of 2 years of insurance management experience Strong knowledge of insurance operations and Applied Epic Management System Active NYS Insurance Agents and Brokers license (or ability to maintain) Excellent communication, sales, and leadership skills Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eligible for bonding Salary: $65,000=$81,000/yr.
