Senior Data Center Operations Analyst

TCI has an immediate need for Senior Data Center Operations Analyst in Louisville, KY. This is a long-term contract opportunity not available for C2C. NOTE: This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card). SUMMARY The Senior Data Center Operations Analyst is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems in alignment with established procedures and policies. This role administers data center operations to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all systems. The analyst delivers timely and reliable technical infrastructure support to both internal and external clients while maintaining consistent service quality. Additionally, the position monitors and manages environmental conditions—including temperature, humidity, and power supply—to prevent downtime and safeguard hardware integrity. Remote work considered for candidates residing in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, Missouri, North Carolina or South Carolina ONLY. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in Health Information Technology Management. Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Health IT. One or more of the following certifications: Network+, Security+, or ITIL Cert. This position requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
