Final QA/QC Inspector Position Summary The Final QA/QC Inspector is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections of all products produced in manufacturing. This role ensures compliance with documented quality requirements and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The inspector works with limited supervision and may assist in training or supporting other inspectors. Responsibilities Inspect all products produced in manufacturing, both in-process and final, against quality documentation and specifications. Record non-conformities and notify management for resolution. Document inspection completion status and move products to designated locations. File documentation and maintain accurate inspection records. Assist in training and supporting other inspectors as needed. Perform other duties as required to support production and quality objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inspection or quality control. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good basic arithmetic skills. High energy level and self-motivated. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
