Financial Analyst

Immediate contract to hire opportunity for Financial Analyst with direct client in Syracuse, NY. Trigyn has an immediate opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Syracuse, NY area to work for our client, a major Financial Services Company based in Syracuse. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition from a contract position to a full-time employee at the discretion of the client. Job Requirements: • Assist with monthly financial reporting and metrics • Coordinate and oversight of the monthly/quarterly/year end financial close process for IT • Participate in IT budgeting process with a focus on analyzing submissions for errors • Prepare and present ad hoc management reports that clearly communicate financial results to various levels of management across the organization • Complete ad hoc financial analysis at the direct of IT Finance or IT managers • Be able to work within short deadlines; Understand and answer business and IT questions related to corporate expense allocations and monthly chargeback reporting • Work closely with offshore team to provide feedback on performance.
