The Company is seeking a Head of BioAnalytical Sciences (BAS) with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to provide strategic, scientific, and organizational leadership for a global bioanalytical organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, qualification, and validation of innovative bioanalytical methods across a diverse range of technical platforms, as well as the generation of regulated bioanalytical data for nonclinical and clinical studies. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in scientific and regulatory accomplishments in bioanalysis, extensive knowledge of global regulatory guidelines, and a deep understanding of the drug development and biomarker development process. The Head of BAS will also be accountable for setting the strategic direction of the organization, fostering an innovative scientific environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality bioanalytical methods and data in compliance with global regulatory and industry standards.
Candidates for the Head of BAS position at the company should have a Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant discipline, with at least 15 years of industry experience in bioanalytical sciences and a minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.
