About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take the lead in transforming and scaling one of its portfolio companies, a facilities services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial and business plans, and providing in-depth analysis, insights, and guidance to the Board of Directors. Additionally, the CFO will play a key role in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential acquisition targets, including financial and operational analysis, and will be instrumental in the company's growth through both inorganic and organic methods.
The ideal CFO for this role at the company will be a passionate and committed leader with a strong background in financial management, particularly within the services industry. A mix of accounting and FP&A experience is preferred, and a background as the top financial leader of a $100mm-$200mm services company or as a number two financial leader within a larger enterprise with a revenue of $250mm-$1B is highly valued. Experience in private equity and M&A is also a key requirement, with a tenure of 15+ years of progressive career success. The role demands a candidate who can honor the company's past while driving it into the future, and who is prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to achieve the ambitious investment thesis of transforming the business and driving its scale.
