The ideal candidate for the Associate Head of School position at the company will have a deep commitment to the principles of whole student education and the distinct value of an independent boarding school. They will be responsible for the daily academic, student life, and co-curricular operations, including the direct supervision, evaluation, and support of a diverse team of academic and co-curricular directors. The role also involves partnering with the Head of School to design and implement effective systems, elevate faculty professional development, and uphold academic quality. The Associate Head of School will be expected to embody the school's mission of preparing students for a life of learning and responsible leadership in society, and to be prepared to serve as Acting Head when needed.
