A Fine-Dining Restaurant is looking for a Bilingual Japanese/English HR Operations Partner in HR to join their team in Cerritos, CA. This position is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle with a primary focus on high-volume recruitment for their restaurants. This role combines hands-on recruiting, on-site hiring support, HR operations, and ongoing partnership with Unit Managers. Mustspeak/read/write Japanese, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience in Restaurant operations, or multi-unit operations is required. It is a full-time, Hybrid, exempt position, with excellent benefits and a 401k.
