Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment. Certification in food safety or management (e.g., ServSafe). Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-paced setting. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Customer service excellence with a focus on conflict resolution.

Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
