assesses, plans,
implements, and evaluates care for
a
given
population based upon
age
specific
and
cultural
needs.
This
is
done
in
a
collaborative multidisciplinary
approach
embracing
quality
and
safety.
Assures quality of care by measuring health outcomes against patient care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments; following hospital philosophies and standards of care set by Arizona State Board of Nursing,, and other governing agency regulations. Coordinates
the delivery
of patient
care for the Rehab Unit, facilitates
problem
solving with staff members
and communicates
necessary
issues to
nursing administration and the Program Manager. ***Day Shift Position***
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree Nursing required, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred. 1 to 2 years of experience preferred. Must have an active AZ or Compact RN License. AHA BLS required. If you have other than AHA, you will have 30 days from your date of hire to obtain your AHA BLS. EHAC/ACS
