Looking to get in early with a growing dental practice? Ivory Dental Center is a small, privately owned office seeking a friendly, reliable Dental Front Office/Assistant. Perfect for someone with some dental experience or recent dental assisting education. Your primary focus will be patient-facing support and daily office flow, with a mix of front desk responsibilities and assisting the clinical team as needed.
Core hours are
Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional Fridays from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. As a growing practice, hours may occasionally extend later on short notice, so the ability to stay until 4:30 or 5:00 when needed is important. Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
What You’ll Do
Greet patients and create a warm, positive first impression Answer phones and assist patients during office hours Help manage scheduling and daily appointment flow, for optimal efficiency and productivity Assist with presenting treatment plans and explaining next steps Support membership plan education and enrollment Collect payments and assist with basic front office transactions Assist chairside during treatment as needed Help with iTero scans and imaging Support room setup, breakdown, and sterilization Help maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment Assist with general office organization and daily workflow
What We’re Looking For
One year of dental office experience preferred, but recent dental assistant graduates or individuals with dental education are welcome to apply Basic dental knowledge and familiarity with clinical workflows Comfortable working both at the front desk and chairside Friendly, professional communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the practice Experience with Open Dental is a plus

Compensation
Pay $17-$20, based on experience Opportunity for pay increases as skills, reliability, and responsibilities grow
