Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Clinician located in Meridian, ID. The ideal candidate will have experience in individual, family, and group therapy services, complete thorough assessments, and create personalized treatment plans to support each client’s mental health journey. Responsibilities include case management, collaborating with community resources, and maintaining thorough and compliant documentation of client records.
Qualifications Proficiency in providing counseling services to a diverse client base Strong foundation in case conceptualization and counseling practices Experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family dynamics Experience in working with children and adolescents Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Licensure as a mental health clinician in Idaho Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic practices
