About the Role

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, owning the comprehensive marketing strategy and execution for the company. This is a "player-coach" role for a leader who is equally comfortable presenting strategy for the organization and diving into the day-to-day execution.

If you are selected for this role, your primary mandate will be to scale our direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription business. You will be responsible for elevating our brand positioning, implementing organic growth strategies, optimizing user acquisition, and driving overall revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own all marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role requires a leader who bridges the gap between daily execution and high-level strategy, using advanced tools to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.
