• Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver outstanding care
• Partner with the Director of Nursing on daily operations and compliance
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to staff
• Shape policies, quality initiatives, and long-term care strategy
What You Bring:
• Active Ohio RN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• 1+ year of supervisory experience
• 2+ years recent clinical experience in long-term care
• Passion for teamwork, leadership, and compassionate care
