Scope of Coverage

• Orthopedic call coverage
• Emergency and inpatient consults

EMR

• EPIC

Credentialing & Submission Requirements Board Status

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• American Board of Orthopedic Surgery - Required

Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania medical license - Required
• IMLC accepted

Education & Training

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
• Fellowship training - Required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 100 general orthopedic procedures within the past 12 monthsOR
• Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited residency or clinical fellowship within the past 12 months
