- Specialty Skills Required: Interventional Radiology procedures, consults
Requirements
- Board Certification Required in Radiology
- Fellowship Required
- Licensure: Must be licensed in PA
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Temporary Privileges Available
- Required to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
